I make trips that are 2-2.5 weeks long. I want a bag that I can carry in the flight and not pay for baggage. I do need a basic laptop sleeve and need a front loader and not a top loader like traditional backpacks. I had decided to buy the Tortuga but I realized that I won’t prefer carrying the bag at airports and Tortuga does not have wheels. Outside airports, I am going to be taking buses/trains to reach my hotel, and perhaps Tortuga is an overkill since its made to be comfortable for carrying all the time. So , perhaps Tortuga doesn’t fit my exact needs. Then I saw the MVS Spinner. Can anyone share their experiences between these 2 different types of bags and suggest something that is good for both type of situations instead of being perfect for either.

EDIT: TLDR: my needs is 2 week trips for 4-5 times a year and want a carry-on bag that is good for airports (has wheels) and is good for walking on streets as well.
