Hey all. New to reddit and really enjoy this thread as I am working toward a full time onebag lifestyle. One hiccup I have run into is really one of necessity I suppose. I am an avid runner (former collegiate and still very competitive). Even though running is a sport with less gear needed for some it is still more than I would probably like to carry. 2-3 pairs of shoes, assorted shorts, shirts, tights, socks, some cold weather gear and injury prevention tools (rolling stick, stretch ropes, etc) is what I have now. All together it is probably about 25-30 items of clothing and 3 pairs of shoes and 5 other misc items. I’m trying think about how to slim down while still having all that I need is a tough challenge. The only solution I really have so far is having about 3 pairs of shorts and just washing them like mad since I train twice a day. If anyone has any experience or advice concerning this problem or something similar I would greatly appreciate suggestions!
