Meal Prepping ♦ What I Eat Everyday for Breakfast
Many of our fellow viewers have been asking me: How do you stay slim after eating so much? Today I’m showing you what I eat on a daily basis (particularly for breakfast)! On-camera, I eat everything from street food to raw meat to bugs. Off-camera, I balance it all out with a more calm diet, one that consists largely of vegetables. Of course, I’d love to eat flavorful food every single meal! But in terms of health, one must practice a little discipline 🙂

In every meal-prepping session, I cook about seven containers of veggies and eat a serving for breakfast everyday with a handful of nuts or sun-dried tomatoes. I might have a second container for lunch or dinner, usually paired with salmon.

This is the sort of meal-prepping while traveling (when I have access to a kitchen, which is why I prefer staying at Airbnbs instead of hotels). Hope you guys found this helpful!
