I placed my bag in Ryanair’s luggage measurement tool) I hope this helps y’all happy travels. Used this bag last month and flew to Dublin, Brussels and Budapest. I flew using American Airlines to Dublin and the bag fit under the seat! Then I flew using Air Lingus from Dublin to Brussels and the bag fit under that seat too but I got on my flight fast enough to keep my bag in the overhead compartments (mind you there were people there with significantly larger carry-on bags).
